Defining the Art of Yachting

We combine expert management with world-class charter experiences to bring simplicity, luxury, and peace of mind to every voyage. Your yacht and your journey, perfectly managed from start to finish.

Why Triay & Teague Management?

Shore-side management rarely matches the standard set by the crew onboard. We built Triay & Teague to change that.

Meet the Team

  • Nicomedes Triay, Founder and Director of Triay & Teague

    Nicomedes Triay

    Founder / Director

Nico began his maritime career at Warsash Maritime Academy, where he trained on commercial vessels and obtained his Certificate of Competency — building a technical foundation that sets Triay & Teague apart from management companies with purely yachting backgrounds.

Returning to the yachting industry, he worked his way through the departments onboard some of the world's largest superyachts, including a 95m+ vessel where he met his future business partner, Oliver Teague. That hands-on experience across both commercial and yachting sectors gave Nico a rare, dual perspective on what efficient, safe, and professional vessel operations genuinely look like.

Joining forces with Oliver and his own father, maritime lawyer Raymond Triay, he co-founded Triay & Teague with a clear mission: to bring the same standard found onboard to the shore side of yacht management — where it has too often been lacking.

  • Raymond Triay, maritime lawyer at Triay & Teague

    Raymond Triay

    Maritime Lawyer

With over 40 years of maritime law experience at Triay Lawyers — the Gibraltar-based family firm he leads — Raymond brings a depth of legal expertise that is integral to everything Triay & Teague does. His practice covers the full spectrum of maritime law: regulatory compliance, admiralty and salvage claims, vessel documentation and registration, charterparty disputes, and crew employment and repatriation matters.

What sets Raymond apart is his approach. Rather than reactive legal counsel, he focuses on pragmatic risk management and dispute-avoidance — helping vessel owners and operators stay compliant and commercially protected before problems arise. His deep roots in Gibraltar's maritime and legal community give Triay & Teague clients direct access to one of the most experienced maritime lawyers in the region.

  • Oliver Teague, Founder and Director of Triay & Teague

    Oliver Teague

    Founder / Director

Oliver's maritime career spans over 15 years and two sectors — beginning at Maritiem Instituut De Ruyter and progressing through the ranks of Holland America Line, where he served as Navigation Officer, Safety Officer, and ultimately Chief Officer across worldwide voyages. He was part of the new-build teams for both the Koningsdam and Virgin Voyages' Scarlet Lady and Valiant Lady — an experience that gave him an exceptional understanding of vessel operations from the ground up.

Transitioning into ultra-luxury yachting, Oliver has served as Captain and Chief Officer aboard some of the world's most prestigious superyachts, including the 119m (Blohm+Voss) and 97m (Lürssen). He has directed multiple major refits across Dubai, Sète, and La Ciotat — leading projects from drydock through to peak charter season — and leads a multinational crew of 34.

Holding a Master Unlimited (II/2) certificate, Oliver brings a level of technical qualification and operational breadth to Triay & Teague that few in yacht management can match.
